Self-fusing Silicone Tape is a different compound material from silicone coated fiberglass tape where there is no base cloth in the middle. It only consists of pure silicone rubber which make it of good self-fusing, elasticity and insulation. It is commonly used as the best insulation sealing material. According to the different properties, we generally sort it into two kinds: High Insulating Self-fusing Silicone Tape and Flame Retardant Self-fusing Silicone Tape.

    
 
H-grade Insulating Self-fusing Silicone Tape is suitable for H-grade electrical machine and the insulating material to bind up the lead wire of electrical appliance. Firstly, It can improve the whole property of electrical machine, which make the binding wire as a solid whole. Also, it can make the appearance to be the soft, smooth and inclusion-free non-pinhole and non-sparkling rolls with some self-adhesive at normal temperature.
 
Flame Retardant Self-fusing Silicone Tape
Flame Retardant Self-fusing Silicone Rubber Tape is specially used in the electrical industry. It suits voltage level less than 35KV. It can work continuously under the temperature from -60 to 260℃. It has more advantages such as flame retardancy, heat resistance, waterproof, ozone resistance, ultraviolet light resistance and good damping suspension. The various properties such as arc prevention, anti-corona, flashover prevention and bird prevention is better than the traditional heat shrinkable material. It can be widely used in transformer substation to insulate and protect, in the  electrical system such as the mine, the oil field and chemistry to protect under the high or low temperature. Also, it can be used in large-scaled cable and irregular conductor.
