PTFE Film is purely made from PTFE resin, firstly using the method of mould pressing, sintering and cooling into the work-blank , then going through turning and calendaring. The turning film is non-directional and going through calendaring process into oriented film.

- Heat resistance to the high temperature up to 260℃. And even under the temperature of minus 196℃, it can keep the elongation of 5 percentages.
- Corrosion resistance to most of chemical medicine, strong acid and alkali, and other organic solvent.
- Weather resistance. Keep the from being aging and have a long service life.
- Excellent anti-adhesive. Extremely smooth surface keep it non-stick to any material as its low elongation.
- Non-toxic. It can be implanted into human blood vessel and visceral organ as its physiological inertia.
